Trust and Probate Services:
Trusts, Wills and Probate Dispute Resolution and Litigation
If you are the Trustee of a Trust and Need Assistance administering the Trust or on the proper distribution of the assets, or if you need assistance from the court, we can provide you with guidance, or if necessary petition the probate court for instructions or assistance on the proper administration of the trust assets.  

If you are the beneficiary of a Trust or Will and not receiving your trust benefits or distributions, we can assist you to Solve The Problem, or if necessary, bring an action in the probate court to compel an accounting from the trustee and obtain your rightful share of the distributions from the trust.
